How does it work?
The Algebriser program (applet) above is connected to a database of three-dimensional parametric plots and word problems. The algebraic solution to a word problem is checked to be equivalent to the solution provided by the author with the aid of Mathematica software running on our server. Email is used to inform an instructor that a problem has been successfully solved by one of his or her students. Below are links to some of Algebriser's software components.
